Please check that the product subject to delivery conforms to the model contained in the sample or promotional materials that are based on the preference. Please check that the delivered product has been assembled/installed without errors.

"Warranty Certificate & Introduction and User Manual and Product Delivery Form" must be obtained with the product. It should also be noted that the contents of the documents should be fully filled out and recorded in a mutually signed manner. Please note that as part of the After-Sales Service activity, you will first be asked for a Warranty Certificate, Sales Invoice and Product delivery form. In addition, if you wish relocation after the installation of your product (especially panel furniture), please contact the dealer or our regional service department where you received the product.
