Established in Kayseri in 2007, Boyser Servis Hizmetleri A.Ş. provides after-sales services for products sold by Erciyes Anadolu Holding group companies. Boyser A.Ş., which received the ISO 10002 Customer Satisfaction Management System Certificate, also became the first company in the furniture service industry to receive this certificate.
Boyser Servis Hizmetleri provides after-sales service to Istikbal, Bellona, MondiHome, Gümüşsuyu and Doqu Home brands, which are furniture, carpet and home textile retail companies operating under Erciyes Anadolu Holding. Our Company, which has adopted the principle of introducing the consumer to Boyser Service quality by opening new service points where needed, has become an important partner for all brands with the services it provides in customer service management, training and auditing. The support given to the furniture retailer stores of the Erciyes Anadolu group reinforces the confidence in the products of our brands.
Boyser, which has an active presence in the supply of spare parts, accepting return products and spare parts, receiving and finalizing customer complaints within the scope of after-sales services, also produces a certain part of the spare part demands from the regional services within its own structure. The production capacity of spare parts is being increased every day in line with customer dynamics. In parallel with the evolving and changing consumer expectations, it has adopted the principle of providing the highest quality and fastest after-sales service to its customers.

While Boyser Servis continues to produce logistics-related projects with the aim of delivering the products of our retail companies, especially furniture and panel furniture products, to the parents, dealers and consumers at the first time, it develops projects related to the field structuring according to the organizational changes of the Holding and its brands. Adding value to corporate identity and brand images by contributing to the service quality of brands, especially in retail sales, is one of the most valuable issues. In this context, it is aimed to expand the quality of Boyser Service by opening new service points in suitable cities and establishing service and home offices in needed locations to raise service standards. While supporting the integration with Boyser and Regional service directorates, which have completed the transition project to the SAP4HANA program, and the integration with our business partners, main dealers and retail dealers, and ensuring the continuity of SAP system transitions, training activities continue in a continuous and sustainable manner.
Continuous improvement activities are also continuing to solve the problems that may occur in the production and shipping stages (Design, Labor, Material, Transport, etc.) for the smooth use of brand products in the field in accordance with their purpose.
